2022
Bavarian Digital Award of the State Ministry for Digital Affairs for our learning platform MIA
Awarded by Bavarian Digital Minisiter Judith Gerlach with the special prize for the Mindset Platform MIA for the development of digital mindset and future competencies.
2021
New appointments to the Supervisory Board to support our vision
Three new Supervisory Board members were elected at the Annual General Meeting. Julia Bangerth, Prof. Dr. Sven Laumer and Peter Feldmeier will sit on the board from September 2021.
2020
Launch of the Mindset Platform MIA and Go Live of the Mindset Dashboard at DCI
After just under a year of development, our Mindset platform MIA goes live and is successfully used by the first customers shortly thereafter. In the same year, the DCI pdf version becomes an interactive dashboard solution.
2019
Award at the Human Resources Management Award for the use of the DCI worldwide at Lufthansa
For Lufthansa, the DCI will be adapted to the specific needs of the company and rolled out worldwide. This makes digital mindset measurable and puts it in the focus of Lufthansa's workforce transformation. We were honored for this at the Human Resources Management Award in Cologne.

Founding of ONESTOPTRANSFORMATION in Nuremberg
Foudning of ONESTOPTRANSFORMATION AG on January 24, 2018 in Nuremberg. Launch of the vision to accompany companies in their transformation with a focus on digital mindset.
