Training for the professional use of the DCI
In the 2-day training to become a DCI Certified Professional, participants learn the background of the DCI diagnostic tool and how it can be used in practice. The workshop is a mix between theory and practice, learning knowledge and experiencing its application. In this way, the participants learn how they can use the DCI to organize coaching and workshops in their everyday lives and how to identify and develop the potential of employees and teams. The DCI also gives you an insight into your own digital mindset. At the end of the workshop, you will receive a certificate as a trained DCI Certified Professional and will then be able to use and use the DCI. You will also become part of the DCI Certified Professional network for further exchange. About the DCI: The DCI is a modern diagnostic tool that revolves around the mindset in digitalization. Digital mindset is scientifically analyzed in 10 minutes using a digital tool in 6 different mindset dimensions. This is not about programming languages or software knowledge, but rather about personality dimensions that are critical to success when dealing with digital transformation.
