Forum Working World 4.0 - Working at eye level

The world of work is changing: participation, self-determination and development of potential – these are the trends of the future. However, we cannot meet these challenges with an attitude, structures and processes that emerged over 100 years ago and still shape our world in many places.

But how do organizations manage to combine economic success and people-orientation in today's complex environments with their high demands? There are no easy answers. What can help is exchange.

With the forum “Working World 4.0 – Working at Eye Level” we offer a platform for entrepreneurs, HR managers, decision-makers and employees from the Nuremberg metropolitan region who (want to) get something moving in their companies.

Based on the films “Augenhöhe”, we examine and discuss together at our regular meetings what this specifically means for companies and their employees and which approaches enable and support implementation.
